Dehesa de Abajo Visitor Centre
Meeting Point: The car park of the visitor’s centre for the Reserva Natural Concertada Dehesa de Abajo
Start time: 9.00 am
Leader for the day: Frank Hair
Information about the meeting:
I intend to start at the visitors centre of the Reserva Natural Concertada Dehesa de Abajo, after a look around the hides here we will be driving along the farm tracks that criss cross this part of Doñana, passing the pumping station and on to the Centro Visitantes Jose Antonio Valverde. We will be stopping here for lunch, there is a small cafe there but it does not do food only drinks and snacks, so packed lunch will be the order of the day. After lunch we will continue along the farm tracks back to the pumping station. From here it is back to the Reserva Natural Concertada Dehesa de Abajo.
