We will meet at the Venta La Vega, members can get a coffee and/or breakfast if you arrive much earlier than 10 am. We will visit a wooded area on our way to the famous Llanos de Libar for a great mixture of warblers and then mountain birds. For lunch we will take this at the Venta Cueva Del Gato, where members can enjoy a reasonable priced meal or tapas, or bring a packed lunch (not using tables at the Venta). From here we will visit the Cueva Del Gato for one of the regions largest Alpine Swift colonies and after make our way to Indiana and the Rio Guadiaro for warblers, oriole, nightingale and much more.
Accommodation in the area:
There are several affiliated members in the area, check out the ABS website for more details.

It should be warm and maybe hot, so summer dress should be okay, but higher in the mountains it may well be cooler so a light jacket might be advisable. Hat and suncream essential. Food – see above.
