Arthur´s Vineyard is a Casa Rural in the heart of the Axarquia, Andalucia. This is an ideal bird-watching centre with far reaching views over Lake Vinuela, and is under one of the main autumn migration routes for Raptors such as Black Kites, Honey-Buzzards and Griffon Vultures. Comfortable, self-contained first floor apartment for rent. A short walk from Fuente de Piedra lake. Minutes from local amenities. Sleeps up to five or six at a push, plus travel-cot. La Botica de Vejer guest house is an ideal base for nature tourists, particularly for those interested in ornithology and birdwatching. Vejer is located within the region of La Janda, an area of outstanding ornithological value due to its strategic location as part of the Gibraltar Strait area and close to large natural parks as well as to La Janda. From the rooftop terrace of the hotel, which offers a spectacular view over the area, you can easily observe species such as kestrel, lesser kestrel, spotless starling, swallow, common and pallid swifts, which nest in the surroundings of the hotel.

El Convento is a small charming hotel located on the edge of the Rock on which Arcos de la Frontera has been built.  Visitors can enjoy spectacular views over the river valley Guadalete. Thanks to its location it is easy to observe birds like Lesser Kestrel or Booted Eagle from the main terrace.  Most rooms have their own terrace; very enjoyable for observing birds or just to relax and enjoy the scenery.   Arcos de la Frontera (declared as National Historical Monument in 1962) is very well situated for visits to nearby Nature Reserves and also for cultural visits to the Cities of Jerez and Seville.
