Little Bustards at the Laguna Dulce

Hi Peeps
Managed to get back up to the laguna dulce to day and what a good day we had. Not so many cranes this time but we did see little bustards. We started at the hide and on the water were Crested Pochard, Pochard, Mallard, Teal, Shovellar, 1 Gadwall, 1 Little Greab, Black headed Gulls, And Coots. In front on the hide there were Corn Buntings, Chaffinches, Black winged Stints, Black Red starts, Great gray Shrike, Stonechats, Srins, Red-legged Partridges, Black caps, Kestrel, Marsh Harrier, Chiffchaffs, White wagtails, Linnets and Wrynecks. In the fields at the back of the laguna there were 8 Little Bustards and flying over 16 Cranes. When the hind became to busy we drove around to the back of the laguna along the road which starts between the two lather factory outlets to get a better view of the Little Bustards. After a muddy drive we arrived at the fields behind the laguna where we did get better views of the 8 Little Bustards along with Lapwings, Golden Plovers and Calandra Larks. No birding next week until our trip to the Penon de Zaframagon on Saturday hope to see you there.
